Semi-skilled - Individuals who do not have a job relevant nationally recognised qualification or equivalent.
Skilled – Individuals with at least two years’ experience and have a job relevant nationally recognised qualification or equivalent.
Highly skilled - Individuals with at least four years’ experience, operating at a higher level and have a job relevant nationally recognised qualification or equivalent.
First line management - Individuals with at least two years’ experience, currently working as a first line manager, supervisor or team leader and have a job relevant nationally recognised qualification or equivalent.
Middle management - Individuals with at least four years’ experience, currently operating at a middle management level and have a job relevant nationally recognised qualification or equivalent.
Senior strategic management - Individuals with at least five years’ experience, currently operating at a senior, strategic management level and have a job relevant nationally recognised qualification or equivalent.
Senior technical specialist - Individuals with at least five years’ experience, currently operating at a senior, technical specialist level and have a job relevant nationally recognised qualification or equivalent.
